Can teachers in other professions, like medicine, engineering or law, participate in this workshop?
This workshop is meant mainly for teachers in arts, science and commerce. Consequently teachers from arts, science and commerce colleges will be given preference. However, if the total number of teachers from these disciplines fall short of 150, teachers from the fields of Education, Engineering and Medicine can participate in the workshop in this priority order. This priority order is followed as there are more NAAC accredited Teacher Training Colleges than there are Engineering Colleges (and there are very few NAAC accredited medical colleges.) Since this workshop is sponsored by NAAC, it is open to teachers from any NAAC accredited college. Moreover, anybody with special interest in attending this workshop (including teachers in other disciplines) can write in to [email protected] in case their registration is not confirmed; we will make every effort to accommodate them.
